What better day then a lazy icky Sunday to make a pot of veggie soup and chill. Today was pretty much the first day in a LONG time that we could just chill out and enjoy the weekend. We actually got tons done but it was relaxing too. I LOVE this recipe! I finally got the recipe right and it was my best batch so far.

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY~ I really cant believe I like this soup because any other time I would turn my nose up at Okra or tomatoes.

I have to add noodles and meat for Marc but he loved it. Anything would be good on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Chocolate chip cookies to end the day and off to bed to start on the second week of school. The kids both had a really good first week. Tommy is really having a great time in second grade. He thinks they treat him like he is older. LOL Jimmy is soooooooo excited to get up for school every day. He gets up at 6 and keeps asking when are we leaving? He loves going. Lots to do this week. Jimmy is turning 4 Tuesday! Cant wait. Hope everyone has a great week. I'm off to google what is going on with Obama. Something about him backtracking on the health care......I'm all a tingle to find out. HA HA HA

Mom, I am convinced you are going to be walking one day and your bones will just break. They will become dust and you will be just skin and I will have to carry you everywhere. Im starting to realize why I am 32 and just starting to eat my veggies! By the way Im surprised you didnt smell the cookies from your house and head on over. LOL
It was me kimberly. I do not know why it said anonymous.
Hey everyone, this is a family receipe handed down from Marc's family, so I gave it to my "Little Betty Crocker" homemaker, they eat it at our house when they come over, so she wanted to learn to make it herself. Looks like she did a great job!
