Date Night

I have a bunch to post about but first up is date night. To understand you really would have had to read about the Great Date Night Experiment at Buckhead Life Church that I posted earlier. You would have had to even read the download for date 1. As it usually happens Marc and I found ourselves out without the kids one night on vacation. We actually went shopping at the Pier Park Mall they have. (ITS AWESOME) After that we wernt ready to go back so we decided to go to Longhorn just for appetizers. I sat there and started thinking....hmmmm cheap appetizers. So I decided to ease in with the questions so he wouldn't get tipped off and I wouldn't get mad he was making fun of me. That possibly would have worked if I hadn't gotten ahead of myself and said "the waitress probably thinks were gangsta for just ordering appetizers" (again, you MUST have read the download for date 1). He looked at me kinda weird and then his face lit up.

Marc: OH OH OH are we on that date

Me: Arms folded eyes rolling

Marc: Yeah Yeah this is that date

Me: Arms still folded eyes still rolling

Marc: Come on, don't you have questions too, theres suppose to be questions too. Come on ask me some questions.

Me: Laughing my head off frantically trying to think of some questions! I never thought I would get that far!!!!!! I didn't really look at the questions. So I made some up.

Anyway, we had a great time but I didn't really learn anything new. Seriously we have been married 10 years in October. We discovered that date night is either for new couples or couples in trouble but not for us. I did laugh until I had tears in my eyes when I heard Marc say "Yeah, we gangsta". Come on, that's funny!
