Summe Camp 2012!

I have one happy boy tonight.  Today we dropped Tommy off at camp for the first time.  Tommy and his buddy Sam.  Such a nice kid!

I can not tell you how stoked he was to get the TOP bunk.  That smile is pure joy I tell you.

Joe Cool!

Temp check.  After driving all that way I told Marc to let him chew on some ice before we got there.

Thank goodness for Grandpa.

Before we got to the camp we checked out some of Clarksville.  Such a pretty place.

Marc was going crazy over all the trout.

Really neat underground waterfall.

The Attic was so cool.  Can you tell what Jimmy was doing.  I promise that sign was SWINGING.  I guess it was my fault for asking them to stand under the sign for a picture.  He just could not resist.

Can you believe that smile on his face.  Such and excited boy.

My four favorite boys in the world!!!!!!

I know Tommy is going to have THE BEST week ever.  That being said, I can not wait to pick him up Friday morning!!!!  :)

Just chillin

We have had a whole lot of nothing going on this week. So nice to have some down time to just "enjoy" each other and the summer.
Jimmy at his "Happy Place", the Lego Store.

Craft time at the library.

Playing at the pool.

Jimmy had his first sleepover with his buddy Austin.  He had so much fun!

Not much going on but we sure are enjoying it.

ps: I CAN NOT WAIT to get a new phone Friday.  Pictures are horrible!  LOL

Who says you can't "walk" a bunny?
Totally YUMMY dinner tonight.  Grillin and chillin at the Cochran Casa!

Love Summer!
Last Saturday we took the kids to the Foxfire Museum in Dillard, GA.  The Dillard area is one of our favorite areas. Foxfire is set up to look like an Appalachian town in the 1800's.  We saw tons of log cabins and learned why they were built the way they were.  Mommy and Daddy learned A LOT.  LOL

Rubber Band guns of course. Just imagine how well that went on the ride home. :)

Stilts.  Hmmm, we never did figure out why there were stilts.  We were having to much fun trying to use them.
Some did better then others.  lol

The tub they used for boiling hogs, making soup, washing clothes etc.... ewww gross.

The weaving room.  Such a cute place.  The kids were kinda shocked how much went into having clothing and linens back then.  You could not just go to the store!

The sweet lady showed us how the kids had to sit for hours and hours a day just to make the YARN before they could even begin to make the clothing.

The kids wanted to drive the wagon.

My boys

The church doubled for a school house and just about everything else.
Hello Awkward Family Photos!  You can't see it because it was directly behind Jimmy and I but there was a "baby" size coffin.  We had no idea and were just cheesin it up!!  Ick.
We had so much fun though!  After we left we went for a long drive around some BEAUTIFUL country.  Stopped at Tallulah Gorge for some snacks and back on the road again.  Great day.
