Happy Easter from the Cochrans

We had a wonderful Easter this year. Of course we had to dye some eggs for the bunny to come hide.

Jimmy is doing some weird thing with his fingers in pictures now. Daddy makes all the cool eggs though.

Easter egg hunt FIRST thing in the morning!!! Guess the bunny came around 6 am or so! Thanks goodness because the kids were up about 6:30.

My sweetest memory of this Easter will forever be the conversation between two brothers before they "decided" to wake up their parents.

Jimmy: T O M M Y Mommys plan worked...THE BUNNY CAME!!! We got coloring books...(looking around) but no colors. LOOK CHOCOLATE BUNNIES TOO!

Tommy: SWEET!

The Mom in me melted when I still heard the excitement in Tommys 9 year old " I am sure a big old Easter bunny did not come in our house last night" voice.

I made an Easter dinner of Ham, mashed potatoes, creamed corn and honey rolls. The LOVED it. We just had a beautiful day together. I hope yours was as well.

What a bunch of suckers!!!!

Oh my my my....I got them good! April Fools day Tommy went to wash his hands after school before snack and got a LITTLE (LOT) of water smack in his face. HA HA I had no idea it would get him smack in the face. I guess he is a little shorter. He was soaked. SO WAS MY KITCHEN. HA Note to self...Tommys reflex time is um not so fast. He just stood there trying to figure out what was going on. I had to turn it off.
Next up was Daddy. Oh I LOVED THIS ONE. Last week we bought Marc three new suits. He was SO UPSET when he found out it was going to take 2 weeks to get them tailored. He kept asking me to check on them because he WANTED THEM. I called him Monday and told him that I tried to go pick them up but they said I didnt have my receipt. They had NO suits under his name and there was nothing they could do with no receipt. HA HA HA HA I am so mean. The best part was that he was just as calm as could be. I meant to tell him April Fools but it ticked me off that he had such a non reaction. He just told me not to worry and we would figure it out. So I guess it was mean of me to let him think it all day and stew about it. HE CALLED THE STORE. LOL They thought he was crazy.
