My neighbors kid rocks! HA. Lets ignore that it is Auburn for a moment. The kid ROCKS! He was suppose to mow the lawn. Possibly he should have told his Dad what he was going to do. Nope, he told his Mom and she just laughed. Probably NEVER thinking he would really do it. Well, HE DID! HA HA. He said his Dad had some choice words when he saw it. That's when he said It was TOTALLY WORTH IT! I would TOTALLY do it again. HA HA HA. You gotta love 14 year old boys, the just act.

Jimmy's first Birthday at Chucke Cheese!

Can anyone believe this was him just one year ago. It was his 4th birthday! WOW, he has really grown this year.

Anyone with children knows that feeling when you have your first baby. Pure joy different then you have ever felt before. My life changed the day I had Tommy. It was an overwhelming love. Fast forward to being pregnant with Jimmy. Would I be able to love another child the way I love this one? How could I give the same love, attention and time to this child without taking away from the other one. Oh, how I laugh at that now!!! When the doctor held him up my world stopped once again. An overwhelming love. Our family was never the same from that day on. The joy that it is to be his mother is indescribable. His smile melts me and his laughter is infectious. I love my Jimmy and want to wish him a VERY HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Today we started homeschool for Jimmy. I honestly can not tell you how GREAT it went. He was a normal boy for the most part but he LOVED learning and he did so well! I was very proud of him.

We made a little classroom upstairs. It's cute but I have a LOT more to do to it. He just loves it though.

We have a really tight schedule that is in 30 minute increments and lasts until 12:30. He did great with it. After his snack he ran back upstairs to do more "learning". LOL By the way, just look at that pincer grip.

I think his favorite time is math time. He wanted to make a train and he got everything in order.

I think it is going to be easy to make the kids lunches at night no matter what. That way if Jimmy and I run out I can just grab his to go. He L O V E D having it made this way. All in all he did wonderful. I could not have asked for better. I know its new to him but we are going to learn together. I have TONS of fun stuff planned and places to go this year. The funny thing was how fast he fell asleep for his nap. Out like a light. He is turning 5 in a few weeks and he still takes a great nap. Gotta love that!

I'm dying to know how Tommys day is going. He was so nervous this morning but also so ready to get back to school and his friends. At first he had a armful of silly bandz on then he wondered if anyone was still wearing them in 3rd grade and he decided to take them in his pocket. For some reason I'm just dying to find out what happened. My little man is going to ROCK the 3rd grade.

UGH! I'm so MAD! Here is the deal. I want your opinion. I have my own and of course Im going to share it with you. It's my blog after all! I honestly do not care if she wears swimming trunks. That is not my problem at all! All I would say is that as her mother ( who KNOWS her picture will be taken and put ALL OVER the internet) might want to think about putting a shirt on her as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LORD woman do you know how many pervs are looking at your daughter now. In your quest to be DIFFERENT and EDGY you served your sweet child up to every pervert with a computer. Like I said, let her dress any way you want but cover up her P R I V A T E parts. You make me sick!

BTW, I was going to show you the picture but it would go against everything I have said and feel. I'm sure you have seen it already anyway. If her mother wont protect her I can at least do what I can.

Easy to forget

Lately its really becoming clear to me how much the economy has effected EVERYONE. Charities and organizations that use to have "funds" for helping others and working with the community are dangerously low. People have just not had the extra money to donate like they use to. I just wanted to share a list of things that would be easy and cheap at any dollar store. Things that just might make a small difference in someones life tonight. Thanks!
